Privacy policy
This policy explains how Ranqa processes personal data when you use the service.
Controller
The controller is Ranqa (privacy@ranqa.me). We process data to display reviews, prevent abuse, and operate business accounts. Names and comments are published as you submit them. IP addresses are stored as one-way hashes for rate limiting and security.
What we process
For visitors and reviewers this may include name (if provided), review text, rating, technical identifiers (hashed IP), and language preferences. For business users we also process account email, company details, and usage needed to run the dashboard.
Your rights
You may request that personal identifiers linked to your reviews are erased (for example name or email hash). Published ratings and review text may remain in anonymized form. Companies cannot pay to remove genuine feedback. Legal basis is legitimate interest for public reviews and contract for business accounts. Data is stored in the EU/EEA to the extent our infrastructure allows.
Cookies
Public pages use few cookies. The dashboard uses session cookies for sign-in.
