Organic, invited, and verified purchase
Every review is Organic, Invited, or Verified customer. Organic is never shown as a verified purchase.
Organic means someone found the company on Ranqa and reviewed without an invite link. Invited means the business sent an email or link invite without order-level proof.
Verified customer is reserved for commerce or CRM invites that carry verifiedPurchase with an order reference. Shopify, WooCommerce, and similar webhooks create these when configured.
When citing a review, prefer the deep link (#review-{uuid}) and mention the badge. Selective invites only to happy customers are prohibited under the moderation policy.
