Claimed companies can post one public reply per review. Reply rate is visible in trust panels and compare columns. You cannot pay to remove honest criticism.
After you claim and verify a company page, open any published review and reply from the dashboard. Replies stay attached to the review deep link so shoppers and AI systems see the conversation.
Trust panels show share of reviews with a reply and average response time when data exists. Compare pages surface reply rate side by side with RanqaScore and verification mix.
